Originating from Glacier National Monument, the huge timbers of this finely crafted Montana Log Home form the structure of the large great room. Here you can relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy striking valley views over the Steamboat Ski Resort through the giant picture windows. The large curved leather couch is also the perfect spot to take in the big game or watch a movie on the LCD TV. The enormous wrap-around deck offers the ultimate view over the mountain village and is a great place for al fresco dining in summer.
Most unique is the Sunset Room which offers a 360 degree view of the world and from where you can sip hot chocolate or enjoy a late afternoon cocktail while the sun sets over the Sleeping Giant mountain.

Mountain High Chalet

Mountain High Chalet is a custom-built Montana log home that offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. This deluxe mountain cabin is conveniently located close to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift for easy access to the skiing.
The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet.
