Rates listed for all homes are per night. Rates do NOT include: tax, surcharges, fees (such as late check-out/early check-in, travel insurance and cleaning). Also NOT included: any optional services such as lift tickets, rental cars, high chair, crib rentals, rollaway bed rentals, shuttle service, or any additional miscellaneous service. We will give you the exact total for your reservation rate when we confirm your booking via phone or email.

Breckenridge is located at an elevation of 9600 feet with many of our homes much higher. In this high alpine environment wintertime brings deep snow. Our many sunny days add ice and hazardous driving conditions. We highly recommend you have an "all wheel drive" or "four wheel drive" for your safety. Some homes have driveways that are not easily accessible unless your vehicle had adequate traction. A rear wheel drive vehicle is not appropriate for Colorado winter driving conditions.
